Privacy Policy

We want customers to take part fully in the activities and offers we provide on our website. We also want to make sure that when we collect information from you we do so in a way that does not infringe your right to privacy. This policy is designed to give you useful information about the way we collect and use personal information. We do not ask you to disclose any more information than is reasonably necessary to enable you to participate in an activity on our website.

What we collect

When you place an order with us online, we ask for the same information we use to fulfil your mail or telephone orders. For example name, delivery address and contact details.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to provide you with a service, for example internal record keeping and invoicing.  We will never share or sell your information with any other third parties except for our accountants, our bankers and our delivery partners to ensure delivery of our service or for our own company compliance.

We will use your details to communicate with you regarding current orders or from time to time about matters of general interest. Should you wish not to receive emails or mailings from us you can opt out.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we hold.

Cookies

We use cookies on this website. In effect, cookies tell us when you have visited our site and where you have been, but they do not identify you personally - just the presence of your browser. We use cookies to see how often people visit our site and what they look at. This helps us to know what parts of the site are most popular - what people are interested in. If you don't want us to be able to do this, your browser's help section should be able to tell you how to disable or filter cookies and how to arrange for your browser to tell you when you've been sent a new cookie.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for as long as is necessary to provide you with the services that you have requested from us. We remove personal data from our files after 5 years of inactivity.  We hold copies of invoices for 7 years in order to meet our obligations with HMRC.

Your rights

  • You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold for you.
  • You may withdraw consent for us to use your personal data at any time.
  • You have the right to request a correction to information that we hold about you.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if we fail in our obligations to protect your data.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updated policies will be available on our website and you should check the site from time to time to ensure that you are satisfied with any changes.
