Glenfinnan Viaduct is part of the West Highland Line between Fort William and Mallaig on Scotland’s west coast, and was completed in 1898. The viaduct overlooks Loch Shiel and the Glenfinnan Monument, a memorial to Bonnie Prince Charlie and the raising of his standard here, beginning the Jacobite Rising of 1745.
